Ingredients: peaches, organic fair trade cane sugar, organic white wine vinegar
My favorite is w/ bourbon, also makes a wonderful margarita w/ a chile salted rim.

Shake, strain into champagne glass, top with good dry bubbly.

add 3/4oz fresh lime
3/4oz Rhubarb Shrub
2 oz Rum
stir, pour into highball glass filled with ice. Top w/ 3 oz club soda.

2 oz aged rum
1/2 oz rhum agricole blanc 100 proof
1/2 oz Rhubarb Shrub
1/2 oz orgeat
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
shake w/ ice, pour into a double rocks glass w/ ice. garnish with mint and lime.
Chile Lime & Tomato
Ingredients: organic limes, tomatoes, peppers, organic fair trade cane sugar, organic white wine vinegar, organic raw apple cider vinegar (6% acetic acid), filtered water
Slightly spicy this will make your Bloody Mary unforgettable. Also awesome in a spicy margarita.
