The corkscrew threader is great on it’s own but even better in a second hole to compliment other earrings. It’s so comfortable you’ll never need to take it off! Diameter is 8mm, gauge is 20 (the standard for earring posts/wire). They thread through one piecing but look like two tiny hoops.
